Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and Pick Up Information
Delivery and Pickup services are available when arranged for in advance. Standard delivery is curbside drop-off and pick up. Curbside includes deliveries to commercial docks, residential garages, or driveways. There are extra charges if delivery or pick up locations are in excess of 100 ft. from vehicle. If there are any obstacles such as hills, stairs, elevators, or fences there may be extra charges applied.
Check over all items upon delivery – the rental items will be your responsibility after the Geyer staff has left your location.
Report any problems or concerns immediately to the Geyer office.
Our delivery staff is instructed to stack items in a mutually convenient place on delivery.
Know where the items will be going and have that area prepared prior to delivery. This will be the same location for the pickup unless instructed elsewhere. Customers will be charged additionally for extra pickups and for items not ready at the pre-arranged time. If the customer is responsible for the setup and take down of the items, these items must be put back in the same condition and location as they were when Geyer delivered or customer will be charged accordingly.
If you are not going to be home for delivery (or pickup) we ask you call our office as soon as possible so delivery personnel will know where to leave (or pick up) rental items.
Delivery times are scheduled during our business hours (Mon-Fri) between 8AM-5PM and Saturdays 8AM-3PM. We schedule our delivery and pickups as anytime unless requested otherwise. We can estimate a 3 hour window of time frame due to weather setbacks. Courtesy calls are given the week of with a time frame window.
If any delivery or pickup needs to take place after or before regular business hours, or Sundays, there will be an additional service charge.
Geyer Setup and Take downs
Setup and take down services are available for all rental items upon request. Geyer will be happy to provide a quote for these services.
Customer Pick Up Responsibilities
Come to Geyer’s Pick Up door first and check in with staff
Make sure your vehicle is prepared before you get to load area and is large enough to transport all rental items.
Come prepared to help load your rental equipment! Geyer staff will gladly assist you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to secure the equipment.
Geyer is not responsible for any damage done to a vehicle that may happen after the customer has left Geyer’s establishment.
Before you leave Geyer YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR COUNTING ALL ITEMS to verify you received everything on your reservation.
We are well aware that you have many things to accomplish when planning an event and time is a premium. We cannot predict how busy we will be when you arrive and we ask for your patience as you wait your turn. We operate on a first come first serve basis and it’s our goal to have you in and out as quickly as possible with everything you ordered.
Customer Return Responsibilities

Before returning we recommend double checking that you have EVERYTHING that is listed on your reservation and arrive at least 30 minute prior to close of business.
If any rental items, containers, or parts are missing, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FULL REPLACEMENT COST
Some rental items require extra time to look over and count after they are returned. Geyer has at least 3 days after the return to examine all items to verify they suffered no damage or that anything was missing.
General Delivery/Pickup Delivery and Pickup services are available for any orders placed with our company. Deliveries and Pickups are scheduled within a Morning delivery window 8am-12pm or Afternoon window 12pm-5pm on the date specified (Monday-Friday). Saturday deliveries happen between 8am-2pm. Delivery rates include a one time delivery trip and a one time pickup trip. Additional trips are an additional charge. Deliveries include a one location drop off service only (tailgate service).
Labor rates will apply for set-up and take-down services. Delivery rates are based on distance from our location, but we have priced out certain towns below (see pricing schedule)
After Hours Delivery & Pickup Deliveries and Pickups can be scheduled anytime outside of our regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-2pm). Pricing for this service begins at an additional $200 and can increase based on time and location. This service includes deliveries or pick-ups late night after events or on Sundays.
Setup & Takedown Items When making delivery and pickup, our drivers can also setup and take down any items for an additional charge. Pricing for setups and takedowns depend on the item. This service must be arranged prior to the day of delivery so that our schedule for the day will include appropriate time and equipment for the setup/takedown.
Decor Installation Décor Labor will be included in the package price or applied separately depending on the item that would be set up/taken down. Ample time for installation and removal will need to be arranged.
