Delivery & Pick-up
We offer delivery and pick up to all areas of Minnesota.  Fees for this service are “per trip” service and not per item. All items ordered will be delivered. In the St. Cloud and Alexandria area, delivery is $35 and pick up is $35. Delivery and pick up outside of the St. Cloud or Alexandria are charged by the mile. Please contact our store for delivery and pickup quotes outside of the St. Cloud or Alexandria area.
Returns
All equipment is due back on the agreed upon return date. Normal returns are typically the following Monday, however alternative arrangements can be made prior to your event. Late returns are subject to and may incur additional rental fees.
Damages
In the event that equipment becomes damaged, please do not attempt to repair the equipment yourself. Please contact the store as soon as possible and we will determine what steps to take next. If the damage is not the result of normal wear and tear, the customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs in the event equipment becomes lost, damaged, or stolen. We will do our best to repair equipment and keep costs as minimal as possible.
Canopies
Due to high demand, canopies require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable.  All underground power lines and sprinklers must be marked prior to installation. This is free service offered by Gopher One who can be contacted at 1-800-252-1661.  Geyer Rental is not responsible for any damages resulting from hitting underground lines or sprinklers.
Linens
Due to high demand linens require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable.  The quantity may be reduced by no more than 10% of the original amount ordered two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date.  You are responsible for making sure linens and chair covers fit at the event location. Samples are available at no charge for fittings. No refunds will be issued for unused linens or if linens do not fit.  Hangers, pins, and totes must be returned or additional charges will occur. Our staff will take care of all the laundering and the pressing.
Cancellations
Most rental items have a two week cancellation policy. This means you have until two weeks prior to your scheduled pick up date to cancel or reduce the quantity for a full refund. Cancellations or reductions made within two week of your scheduled pick up day will only receive a 50% refund of the rental cost. Canopies and linens have a “no cancellation” policy. This means that the 50% placed down for these items is non-refundable should you cancel or reduce the quantity ordered. Our staff will inform you of the cancellation policy at the time of making the reservation.
Equipment Use and Instruction
Our staff will do their best to ensure that you know how to operate equipment; however it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to inform our staff if you are unfamiliar with how to operate a certain piece of equipment.  Our staff will gladly show you how to properly use equipment.  All equipment is inspected and tested upon return and prior to going out to ensure it is in proper working order. Equipment malfunctions must be reported immediately or as soon as practical.
